Allied Employer Group represents three (3) Texas-based Professional Employer Organizations with extensive business interest in Texas and a growing presence in the Southwest. Allied Employer Group Inc., Allied Workforce, Inc., and Benefits Staffing are in the Professional Employer business to assist our clients in employment administration, through problem-solving, improving process, enhance employee performance, reduce employee-related cost, retain well-qualified employees, so that a small business owner may focus on their company’s core competencies.
Each of the three companies has distinctive features, but they all provide the same quality services and benefits that our clients expect.
Each of our companies is licensed as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the State of Texas. Allied Workforce is a 25+ year member of our National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO), and we currently serve on NAPEO Texas Leadership Council.
Allied has been in business in Abilene, TX for more than 30 years and our staff has an average length of service of 10 years. Our senior staff has more than 30 years of service with the company. Our field service staff are certified by SHERM (Society for Human Resources Management). We are 30-year members of the Abilene Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Committee, Abilene Industrial Foundation, and Better Business Bureau.
Our staff participated in NAPEO’s effort to gain national recognition on the federal level (IRS, DOL, and OSHA), by the US Congress passing legislation in 2014 (SBEA, Small Business Efficiency Act), recognizing that PEO’s are vital support service to small and medium business.
